About the abstract realm series:

With patience and commitment, I have produced a prime series of abstract paintings. I now yield twelve unique works of art that vary in appearance and size. I have learned the subject like my process in attempt may require further investigation and time devoted to the mediums; My intention fluctuates with the make of every piece. I try to work fast as is allowed with acrylics, when I find myself lost I switch to a new piece and repeat. I practiced a number of application methods with the paint. I have employed a glaze medium on a neutral gray toned surface, first prepared with gesso on cotton canvas. I have used a glazing technique with paint on top of dry layers to attain depth. In conclusion, abstract art is most definitely worth perusing, and as a result I hold large scale color field techniques as the most interesting and dynamic to the eye and plan to explore in the near future.
